Dear Sir Jaime Zobel de Ayala,

I invested in Avida Nuvali Settings Ph 2 Block 14 lot

9 Celena BASIC 2 and experienced frustrations and disappointments meted out by agents misrepresentation of a ready for occupancy unit and refusal to attend to me my efforts to ask for information, instead offered me another client’s Nuvali Village for rent property for double commission.
2.No amount was made available in April 2011 and lapse on the part of the reseller to inform me that I need to pay in any amount April. I was informed of the calculations in June only and was given penalties for the delay caused by erring resellers Mariz Rea, Arnel Cristino and Jesus Mirnadilla.

I dream of living in Nuvali and would like to plea for your action on this.

I am asking your good office Sir to please help us release the check for the refund of our account in Dalig Antipolo Rizal St Gabriel heights lot 3 block 3. We have been getting lots of promise since sept 2009,oct 09,dec09 latest promise is jan 10,2009. We are really in need of this money and the people in Avida are giving us a hard time when are they releasing the refund as they promised many times already. We have paid more than 1M but its ok that we’re getting only 500 thousand then they aid like 300 thousand only, whats happening Sir?
